Vale Royal CAB is a voluntary organisation providing impartial help to anyone, free of charge.  We are independent from any government organisation.

The advisers you will see are trained volunteers.  Having undertaken a comprehensive training programme for a minimum of six months, they will be able to give you professional advice.

The Bureau also has paid staff, whom your adviser can consult for specialist advice, when necessary.
