Home Visits

We are able to provide home visits for people who we are unable to advise in person or over the telephone.

Appointments

The Bureau will arrange an appointment for you, if you need further help with the same enquiry.  If you contact us again about another matter, we will only be able to book an appointment if you need to see us more than once.

By Letter

If you are unable to contact us by calling in or telephoning, we can advise you by post.  If you can give us a contact number we will ring you.  Please give us as much information as possible and mark your envelope 'letter enquiry'.
